BOUNDARY SURVEYS
In the past 9 years I have performed well over 100,000 acres of boundary surveys throughout eastern Idaho.
CADASTRAL SURVEYS
In the past 7 years I have performed a number of cadastral surveys for BLM, USDA - NRCS and BPA.
TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS
We perform topographic surveys of all size
for various engineering projects, site development, roadways and bridges.

We prepare short plats and subdivision plats for residential, commercial, industrial and mixed use properties.
ALTA SURVEYS
An ALTA survey is one of the most highly detailed products a surveyor will perform. Lenders and title companies rely on them to be accurate to assist in the closing of their loans. Over the years I have performed hundreds of ALTA's for hotels, hospitals, apartments, restaurants and gas stations. With loan amounts varying from a couple 100K to 24.5 million.
GEODETIC CONTROL
A geodetic survey determines the precise position of permanent points on the earth's surface, taking into account the curvature of the earth. Different surveying techniques are applied when distances involved are so great that desired accuracy and precision results cannot be obtained by ordinary surveying.
ABOUT US
We are a small surveying company located in southern Fremont County. We serve all of eastern Idaho, southwestern Montana, western Wyoming, and northern Utah. We are very hands on for every project performed for our clients.
Teton View Surveying was founded in 2017 by Jeffrey Rowe. He started his surveying career in Ohio in 1983. He started as a draftsman at a civil engineering firm in Columbus, Ohio and was a Civil Engineering student at The Ohio State University. He started working on the field crew as a rod man and found his calling in life. He quickly rose to instrument man, crew chief and then Survey Manager for various civil engineering firms in Central Ohio. He got his Professional Surveyors license in Ohio in 1992 .
He started vacationing in Idaho and Wyoming in the mid 90's and had always wanted to call Idaho home. In 2009, he obtained his Idaho Professional Surveyor license and quickly found a job for a civil engineering firm in Rexburg, Idaho. In March 2017 he had the opportunity to start Teton View Surveying.
